Parent Champion

The school has a Parent Champion available to offer information, advice and guidance to families and their children within the school. Please use this service if you have any questions about how to support your child at home or concerns arising from situations within school.  Issues affecting your child’s emotional health and wellbeing may include:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Exam pressure
  • Homework expectations
  • Social media use
  • Friendships and bullying
  • Self harm
  • Body image
  • Health (child or parent/carer)
  • Housing problems
  • Financial difficulties
  • Drug and alcohol abuse
  • Bereavement

Advice is available to you in accessing support agencies that can provide help, as well as assisting you with initial contact and applications.

Our Parent Champion is in school every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 1.30pm.
