With effect from Monday 4th January 2016 the way of contacting you regarding unexplained absences is changing.
Notifications will now be sent to you via SMS text messaging in the first instance and by email if you do not have this facility.
All notifications of absences, requests for Leave of Absence and Leave for appointments for Years 7 to 13, should be reported to Denise Town, Attendance Officer at email@example.com.

Please do not send notifications via SchoolComms as this service is being discontinued.
Parents and Carers are required to report absences before 9.30 am on the first day of absence and for any subsequent days of absence. When reporting an absence please ensure you provide the following information:-
- Student Name
- Year Group
- Reason for absence
Please note: you must provide a specific reason for absence, do not specify the reason as unwell.
If you are reporting medical appointments or requesting Leave of Absence please ensure the information is provided in advance where possible.
